Water Safety Classes

Water Safe Ohio offers free lessons for throw rope safety, and Z drag workshops where you will successfully learn how to unpin a kayak, repack and properly throw your throwbag using the most commonly practiced techniques. These classes are here to give you the knowledge you need to properly prepare yourself for a ACA Swiftwater certification. Even if you aren't going for a swiftwater certification, these tools are very effective if learned properly.
